Some of the simple tips that we have used is the placement of your keywords in your title. We had a shopping blog site that was averaging a page rank of 1 and listed in the top 100 for our key words. After rearranging the key words in our title and placing some keywords in the footer our site shot up to the top 25 and a page rank of 3 in less than one month. We immediately noticed that the search engine spiders were visiting our site more often as well. We add content on the front page to help provide fresh content on a daily basis.
