Staying in hotels can be a great experience if some of the basic amenities are in place. I travel quite a bit and here are three of the top things that I look for in a hotel:

1) Clean rooms with work space

2) Customer loyalty programs such as earning airline miles

3) Free Wi-Fi

We were looking at a Los Gatos hotels online and their tollhouse specials for a romantic getaway and some of the amenities that they offer such as a picnic basket filled with wine, chocolate, and fruit. Many hotels cater to the business traveler and offering specials to their frequent guests like a romantic get away would certainly make me a loyal customer.
